Booster Reliability Materials

This feature will enable you to download the vignettes and scoring sheet required to complete the Re-reliability booster exercise. Agencies are asked to do this at their 1-year reliability anniversary so that we can examine rater drift and make an informed decision about how to maintain CAFAS in Ontario over the long-term. If you are a participating Ontario agency and have received notification from us of your pending 1-year reliability anniversary, please refer to this notice for a username and password that will enable you to retrieve this file. Once you have done this, please follow the instructions in our notice.

When you have entered the username and password, you will be asked where you would like to save the file (Save As...). Choose the appropriate folder on your hard drive (and remember where you put it.). You have successfully downloaded an exe file which is compressed version of two word documents. To open and view the word files, go to My Computer, open the appropriate drive, locate the exe file and double click on it. To use the documents, extract them to an appropriate folder.

Please note: Booster II is not available but you must use the peach booster II manual for your second re-certification

For Booster Vignettes inquires, please contact Karen Fennell.
